Serving Wasaga Beach, Tiny Beaches, Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Thornbury, Meaford, Stayner, Clearview, Creemore, Grey Highlands (as well as every small village in between)

We are happy to provide you with information as our customer. If you are seriously considering a purchase, and you are not already being represented by another agent, we ask for your
loyalty. We would be pleased to represent you as our "client" in the purchase of any
property to protect your best interest and negotiate the best price. Either way our
services are free to you the buyer. In the essence of time, and understanding that time
is a valuable commodity to all concerned, we choose to work with a smaller group of
buyers that will give us their loyalty as clients. In return we pledge to give exemplary
service.
Our "clients" receive many services that are not available to customers that are
working with other agents such as Instant MLS notification, VIP Buyer Program and
"Front of the Line Service", preferred mortgage rates and services, gift
certificates and the ReMax Relocation Program. Best of all our
services to you as our client in the purchase of a property are free.
